What personal data we collect
The only personal data we collect directly is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email address, the topic you select, and the content of your message.
We do not require an account, do not run advertising, and do not knowingly collect personal data about children.
Why we process it, and for how long
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry — a correction request, a listing removal request, or a general question. We keep this correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and keep a record of it, and delete it once it's no longer needed.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our own website, and, where relevant, your consent in submitting the form.
Third-party services
Pages with a map load map tiles directly from OpenStreetMap, which may process your IP address as part of serving that content — see OpenStreetMap Foundation's privacy policy.
This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers beyond what's needed to keep it running.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how we're using it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@kuradata.co.nz. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
