Te Ākau ki Pāpāmoa School delivers the New Zealand Curriculum, framed through its own place-based curriculum called He Kākano, developed in consultation with mana whenua — Ngā Pōtiki. The He Kākano framework consists of three pou and is aligned with the current NZC refresh.
